Product samples are available at wholesale prices.
Customs and Export
Handling Charges
All customs and export handling charges are our
responsibilities. What customers have to pay are
freight transportation charges and import duty
for their country.
However, if the value of the order is less than
USD 2,000, customers must take responsibility
for customs and export handling charges in
Bangkok (approximately USD 35.00 / shipment if
the products are shipped as air freight, and USD
50.00 / shipment if the products are shipped as
sea freight). There are no extra handling
charges if the products are shipped via a
courier.
Product Shipment
Courier service, for example, DHL, UPS, FedEx or
TNT. By considering your location and the
quantity of the products ordered, we will select
the service with the lowest shipping cost for
you. If you have any preference for any service,
please mention it in the order form.
Sea freight
Air freight
Shipping Fees
Freight transportation charges are the responsibility
of the buyer. A small order will be dispatched
by courier service or parcel post. Wholesale
buyers can also have their products shipped via
air/sea freight.
Please arrange your own carrier, or notify us of
your transportation mode, and we will arrange a
carrier for you (freight prepaid). The amount of
the shipping fees will be shown in the invoice
which will be sent to you after receipt of your
purchase order.
Terms of Payment
By irrevocable L/C at sight against shipping
documents
Please open an irrevocable L/C at sight to our
company’s account according to the net amount
shown in the invoice.
Credit Card (We accept Visa, Master, and
American Express.)
T/T
SWIFT
In case of payment via T/T or SWIFT, wholesale buyers
are required to make an advance payment of 50%
of the sales amount on receipt of our proforma
invoice. Please fax your deposit transfer
document and the invoice back to us, and we will
arrange the products for you. You are required
to pay the remainder 50%, plus shipping fees
incurred by T/T or SWIFT, upon receipt of our
invoice shortly before the delivery of the
products.
Please note that buyers must transfer the entire
payment to us according to the amount shown in
the invoice, and must be responsible for all
bank fees incurred.

Lead Time
Payment by irrevocable L/C at sight

2. The proforma invoice will be prepared and sent to
you. After receipt of the invoice, please
transfer the amount due to the above account or
open an irrevocable L/C at sight.
3. A receipt in case of payment via T/T or SWIFT will
be issued and sent to you.
4. Notification of product shipment will be done
shortly before the products are shipped.
