Ordering Policy for Retail Customers

How to order our products?
     1. Please complete the Retail Order Form and submit it to us.
          You can also send an order form
             via e-mail to euxine@ksc.th.com
            via fax: 662 7351571
     2. We will calculate the shipping cost and will send a confirmation, together with the total invoice value, to you within 24 - 48 hours.
     3. You can pay us with credit cards - Visa, Master, and American Express - through our secure online system, or transfer the payment to our bank account.
     4. We will ship the products to you within 10 - 20 days after we have received the payment from you.

Minimum Order Quantity
     There is no minimum order quantity.

Product Shipment
       Courier service, for example, DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT. By considering your location and the quantity of the products ordered, we will select the service with the lowest shipping cost for you. If you have any preference for any service, please mention it in the order form.
       Postal service, for example, EMS, Registered Post
 

Courier Charge
     Courier charge or postal feel is the responsibility of the buyer. After having received your order, we will notify you the invoice value, including the product price and the courier charge.

       Credit Cards (We accept Visa, Master, and American Express)

       SWIFT
     Please note that buyers must transfer the entire payment to us according to the amount shown in the invoice, and must be responsible for all bank fees incurred.

Delivery Time
     The products will be shipped to your address within 10 - 20 days after we have received the payment from you.
